Our Hatha fitness yoga sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday focus on practical body flexibility, core strength and balance, rather than the spiritual side of yoga.You will leave the session feeling tall, loose, warm, relaxed and smiling.
During the day you can relax yourself at the pool side, take a nap in the Bedouin tent or terrace enjoying the beautiful view of the sea. Feed yourself with nutritious food, straight from the ground and energize yourself for the better.
